APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV20KRILRK 20kVA / 20kW 230V
The APC Easy UPS On-Line SRV20KRILRK is a high-quality 20kVA / 20kW Double Conversion Online UPS designed to provide essential power protection for critical equipment and applications.
This model is supplied with an Extended Runtime Battery Pack and Rail Kit. It features a rack-mounted 9U design, sine wave output, internal automatic and manual bypass, multifunction LCD status and control console, USB and RS-232 connectivity, and support for multiple external VRLA battery configurations.
Double Conversion Online Technology
The SRV20KRILRK uses Double Conversion Online topology and provides a Sine Wave output.
The UPS provides a maximum configurable power of 20,000VA / 20,000W with an efficiency of 95% at full load.
The unit features an internal bypass with automatic and manual operation and a Crest Factor of 3:1.
Input
The main input voltage is 230V, with support for 415V AC and other input voltage configurations of 220V, 230V and 415V as specified.
The input voltage limits are:
- 110–300V at half load
- 176–300V at full load
The input frequency range is 40–70Hz with automatic frequency sensing.
The UPS provides input connection options including:
- 1 × hard-wired 3-wire (1P + N + E)
- 1 × hard-wired 5-wire (3P + N + E)
Output
The main output voltage is 230V, with other configurable output voltages of 220V and 240V.
The output can be configured for 220V, 230V or 240V nominal output voltage.
The output frequency is 50/60Hz ± 3Hz, synchronized to the mains.
The maximum configurable output power is:

The output harmonic distortion is specified at 2%.
The output connection is a hard-wired 3-wire connection.
Extended Runtime Battery System
The SRV20KRILRK uses a VRLA battery system with a battery voltage of ±120V.
The system supports multiple external battery configurations using the SRV120RLBP2-9A battery option.
